zara just launched hair perfumes!

When we write about something at the Loxx, it’s because it’s worth talking about. These hair perfumes are really worth talking about because, they are quite simply divine. When Zara dropped the hair perfumes with everyones favourite cool girl Daisy Edgar Jones as the face, that already made me want them (my obsession since normal people is still real) so we put them to the test to see if they could last a night of partying…

Curated by world famous perfumer Jérôme Epinette, Jérôme has created scents for Victoria Beckham, Byredo, PHLUR & Boy Smells. Now he has turned his world famous nose to Zara. The 3 hair mists are called Dawn: lets begin, Dusk: and then, Midnight: after everything and they represent different times of the day.

Dawn: lets begin

A fresh fragrance inspired by the first hours of the day, with notes of bright lemon, apricot blossom and soft musk.

Dusk: and then

A fragrance created to be worn at dusk, with a delicate balance of jasmine petals, the sweetness of pink sugar and the warmth of light woods.

Midnight: after everything

A captivating fragrance for the evening, blending raspberry, white amber and vanilla cream. A warm and sophisticated scent.

We put these perfumes to the test with our fellow Loxx readers and there was a one thing everyone said… ‘This scents lasts’. I think when it comes to buying perfumes and hair scents the one thing I’m longing for is a scent that lasts so for that box to be ticked means we were off to a great start. Out of our 5 reviewers ‘Dusk: and then’ came up on top. Everyone agreed the sweetness of the Jasmine & pink sugar was balanced out by the light woods creating a subtle sweetness that felt expensive and smelt delicious. At £16.99 for 100ml these hair mists should be in everyones bags for a little lift throughout the day (and night) - we really can’t recommend enough…
